Talk about unprofessional and rude. I just got a text at almost 11 pm from someone trying to reach a friend of a friend of mine who was past due in his storage bill. I responded that first off I didn't know how he even had my number, my only involvement was to help the guy get the unit and we helped him unload the truck. Then I said why on earth is any business contacting a customer at 11 pm, he woke up my daughter who was next to me. He didn't even apologize, he just instruxted me to get in touch withh the guy he was looking for.
I really like the customer service that I have received from the Manager. He has been completely professional.
