This place is not part of the corporate chain and is locally owned. It's management and employees are all extremely rude and inexperienced, for example, every single time I've gone there they put the ice cream in the same bag as hot food which causes the ice cream to melt and makes the food cold. Another example of their poor service would be a time when I went there for happy hour and they charged full price for the drinks (happy hour was supposed to have another 10 mins left) and when I asked about it, the lady was extremely rude about it and said they're not part of corporate and can do whatever they want so I decided to cancel the order. This Dairy Queen is not worth going to under any circumstances, go to Washington's instead.
Good food. Drive-thru is sometimes slow & mango pineapple smoothies have chunks of ice that get stuck in your straw, but tastes good!!
I wnt there one night at 930 and they said they were closed and the sign said 10. Really. Ate there one time and ordered a chicken sandwich and the sandwich consisted a strip. Order a carmel moo latte ,but guess what no carmel. A bunch of kids work there who do not care. Will not go back.
We arrived inside DQ at 9:40. We asked the cashier if we could still order food. He said e are trying to close, so all we have left is ice cream and some snack pretzels with cheese. The door states that they do not close until 10pm... anyways, we all ordered blizzards, and at 9:50, we were asked to leave the inside and eat them outside because they were closing. It still wasn't even 10pm! We went on the patio to eat the ice cream, and at 9:56 I tried to get back inside to get a refill, but they locked us out. We are 6 adults just trying to grab a late snack, and I'm shocked on the customer service by the kids working inside. Luckily the blizzards were good!
Person who took my order inside was so friendly and I had received my meal very quick afterwards.
