When they first came out with the power bowls they were fantastic...the last two times I have gotten one the chicken has been overcooked and tough and there has been a lot of uncooked or dried out rice. Don't know what they are doing different but they need to fix it.

Great service love the Mr Taco Bell guy. If you have been here you know who I'm talking about because he works the drive thru. The staff did not mess up my order even if it was weird to order taco without lettuce.
It's Taco Bell...if you want Mexican food, go to a Mexican restaurant or Mexico ^_^
