They seemed very professional at first but after a few months of being with them they seemed to always "be in meetings" and wouldn't hear back from them for 2-3 days so I finally switched to a different State Farm agent and now I love State Farm

Chris Brown is personable and pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile. However, Phillip is one of his staff members there. Phillip proceeded to tell me on a phone call where I was questioning the amount of my bill that "You suck at paying". I will discuss this issue with Chris after the weekend. However, if Phillip does not lose his job, I will go elsewhere for auto insurance where I will be treated like a customer and not a low-life.
