There is a wonderful variety of equipment to meet my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Continues to bill my card reoccurring more than a year after I cancelled the membership. I have spoken to Jake more than a few times on the issue--- beware!!! Then when I finally get him on the phone- says he would have told me to come in to fill out a form in Jan 2015 if I wanted to cancel. I told him there was nothing ever mentioned about a form and that i would have told him to either email or mail it to me as I am cancelling because I am too busy to come in there. They have been adding 3.25 to my credit account since and then for these past two months it again jumped and he can't figure out why it suddenly 'reactivated'.
Dude lies and will rip u off. We switched ours to pacific.
