The bouquets I ordered were beautifully arranged and five days later they all look terrific! These were the biggest roses I've ever seen! And the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely keep coming back to Sisterchicks for my floral arrangements!

Placed an order online yesterday for a funeral today. Called the shop today to make sure I had the correct address, because there were several addresses for the same funeral home. Got a message that they were closed today, but there was a number to call for funeral needs. Called the number, Jo answered, I explained I placed an order yesterday for a funeral today. She said they must have forgotten an order. I again explained it was placed online. She said they could deliver it Monday. My friend, whose father passed away, lives in StL, so there's no delivery there. But, when you order for a funeral you want them at the funeral not 3 days later. What is disappointing is there was no apology, offer to get something there or to try to remedy the situation. I ordered a plant so there was no arrangement to be made. I am getting a refund but have no time to order from anywhere else. If you are able to order then they should make sure to fill the orders. I am so disappointed and hurt.
