This bowling alley is one of the best around! Great food also!
well first off the bowling balls have small finger holes that make me insecure about my fat fingers. also, when we went to order food we ordered ONE chicken strip. but we were charged with TWO chicken strips. then, they were at least nice enough to bring us both, but we told them we only ordered one. the lady took the second chicken and then told us she would give us a refund. BUT then she proceeded to clean all of the lanes before giving it to us. that's right, ALL OF THEM!!!! but finally after staring and glaring at her for TWENTY minutes, she gave it to us, not even bothering to apologize about the wait. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Purchased a Groupon for Oasis Lanes and went for the first time recently. All the staff was friendly, lanes were clean, and the food was good. The younger kids complained that there were not enough bowling balls to choose from, but they shared the ones they liked and everything worked out fine. The bumpers could be adjusted for each player and automatically retracted as needed. Loved that! Game area fun, too, but distracting for the little ones.
Service by the front desk was okay, not great. People were squished together when more lanes were open which made for unhappy bowlers. Food was great. Deals on websites unclear.
