Friendly staff, but as other reviews stated, PNC lures you in with free checking via virtual wallet, then after a few months they require you to maintain a balance of $500, or they charge you $7 a month, plus, you have no access to funds from any check deposited for 24 hours, even if it is written on their bank.
Nice people but this bank gives you a deal like free business checking and not much later start charging you a fee if you don't have the amount they ask to be kept in that account.
